Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

Simply insert your email address when prompted on the product page, and we will let you know as soon as it’s back in stock.
Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200 in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Please be advised that shipping will begin on March 2024. Orders processed will be in que for shipment.
All domestic orders will be processed on within 48 hours for dispatch within 3-7 business days. Please note that these processing times may increase during sales and other promotional periods where there is an influx of orders. At this time, we are unable to facilitate same-day deliveries.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse and a tracking number is emailed. Most orders are fulfilled within three business days, except during holidays.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we are only shipping in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We hope to be able to provide worldwide shipping soon.
Can you help with lost goods?
Please use the tracking sent when goods were dispatched. Please contact the shipping company directly.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an order for change of mind?
RETURN POLICY
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We do not offer returns for change of mind. If your goods are delivered incorrect or damaged, please email returns@ozaiz.com to discuss on a case by case basis.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete email returns@ozaiz.com and include your order number with a photo of your damaged item within 7 days of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
All items must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. Please ensure the original packaging is undamaged and unaltered, as this is considered part of the product.
Exchanges due to shipping damage or incorrect color or fragrance are subject to color and fragrance availability. Return will be processed only upon receipt and successful processing of the original order. The shipping costs for the return and re-delivery of an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
To return your damaged product, you should email returns@ozaiz.com to initiate process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 14 business days of its return.
Final sale:
All items marked for final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless deemed faulty. All final sale products will be marked online and you will also be notified at checkout that the product is a final sale item. Please select carefully to avoid disappointment.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:
Contact our returns team on returns@ozaiz.com within 7 days of receiving order. Please include the full name the order was placed under, the order number, and the reason for the return.
You will be emailed with a return authorization (RA number) and all relevant information and return instructions.
Once we have received your order it will be inspected to ensure it meets with the above conditions and a refund or store credit will be processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of receipt.
The time it takes for funds to reflect in your account is determined by your banking institution. You will be notified via email once your return has been fully processed by Ozaiz.
GIFT RETURNS:
Returns of gifted items follow the same return procedure outlined above.
In order to successfully process a return, you will need to provide the original order number and purchaser’s full name.
FAULTY CLAIMS:
Each order is thoroughly checked by the Ozaiz dispatch team prior to being sent out, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team with all information listed and provide clear imagery.
Ozaiz reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In this instance, your item(s) will be returned to the address initially provided with the order. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable unless the item(s) received are either incorrect or faulty.
Ozaiz will uphold all return, exchange and refund agreements that meet the above stipulations, however should a single customer make excessively frequent return requests we reserve the right to potentially reject processing further returns or exchanges.

Glass Care Tips
Will my glassware look exactly the same as the images online?
We have worked hard to ensure all imagery on our website showcases each product with the highest degree of accuracy. However, due to the transparent nature of glass and the fact that each piece has been hand blown, there may be slight discrepancies in either shape or colour. These variances are inherent to the charm of hand made products, and are not to be considered as faults.
How do I wash my glassware?
Though all our glassware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft bristle brush, as these are precious pieces! Avoid using any strong alkali soaps, as these may damage the glass. Take care not to bump glassware against hard surfaces or other vessels during cleaning.
Take care when adding Ice
Avoid putting ice directly into an empty glass or carafe. This can ship or break the glass. To add simply add the liquid first, then add ice and drink up!
Home Fragrance Tips
AIZ Carafe to Diffuser
To assemble your AIZ Carafe into a Perfume Room Diffuser, simply purchase the liquid fluid and reed sticks (sold separately).
Carefully pour the diffuser refill liquid into the glass AIZ carafe. Insert the reed sticks.
Fragrance blooms within 48 hours. Rotate cotton sticks regularly to release the aroma.
We do not suggest using the AIZ Carafe as a drinking vessel AFTER filling it with diffuser-fragranced liquid. The fragrance can be absorbed into the glass deeming it unsafe to drink from even after cleaning. It can however still be used as a flower vase.
Do not place directly onto fabric or furniture. Take care when rotating sticks to ensure the fluid does not drip on surfaces. The liquid may damage paint and other surfaces.
Do not place near a naked flame. If swallowed please contact your national poison center. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; rinse eyes, hands and clothing if exposed. If eye or skin reaction persists, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
AIZ Carafe to Flower Vase
Convert your carafe into a vase for fresh flowers or dried.
Clean well between uses.
ZAI Tumbler to Candle
To change your tumbler into a perfumed candle, simply add the glass candle to your ZAI tumbler and light. When empty, dispose of clear candle glass in the recycling bin and insert a new candle or return to drinkware.
Tips to get the most from your candle:
The first burn is the most important as it sets the burn memory! When lighting for the first time, ensure the candle is alight long enough for an even wax pool to develop to the edge of the vessel. To ensure an even burn and the best scent throw experience, be sure to trim each wick down to 5mm in length before each use.
After extinguishing the flame, make sure each wick stands upright.
Never burn a candle for longer than 2 hours, or when the wax level reaches less than 2cm from the vessel base.
ZAI Tumbler to Pillar Candle Holder
To convert your ZAI Tumbler to hold our geo pillar candles simply turn upside down and insert candle.
The geo pillar candles can drip unpredictably and may harm wood or furniture. Always place the pillar candle into a holder and always place the holder onto a plate or saucer to protect surfaces.
Always place on a flat steady surface and keep away from curtains, pets and children.
ZAI Tumbler to Mineral Rock Diffuser
To convert your tumbler into a mineral rock diffuser simply select your rocks and fragranced oil dripper (sold separately).
Place rocks into glass insert, then add into the ZAI tumbler. Drip 10-15 drops of fragrance oil onto the rocks.
When the fragrance starts to fade, simply reapply.
Designed for small to medium rooms.
Do not place rocks and fragrance oil directly into the tumbler. Always use the clear glass insert. The fragrance can be absorbed into the glass deeming it unsafe to drink from even after cleaning.
